Personal Information: When you provide your name, phone number, or other contact details during onboarding or through our system (e.g., in the property's database Host table), we collect this to enable SMS alerts.
Usage Data: We may collect information about VIP card insertions and device locations to trigger alerts, but only as necessary for the service.
Opt-In Data: Records of consent during onboarding and any responses to SMS prompts.
We do not collect wagering, betting, or financial gambling data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Send SMS alerts to opted-in hosts about VIP arrivals for in-person greetings.
Manage opt-in/opt-out preferences (e.g., via keywords like YES, STOP).
Improve our services and ensure compliance with laws like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
We do not use your information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for their promotional use.
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information:
With casino partners solely for service delivery (e.g., VIP/host associations).
As required by law, such as in response to subpoenas or regulatory requests.
With service providers like Twilio for SMS delivery, under strict confidentiality agreements.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. SMS Communications and Consent
By providing your phone number during onboarding, you consent to receive a single confirmation SMS requesting opt-in to CDI SMS alerts. The message will state:
“Reply YES to opt-in to VIP alerts from CDI. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out.”
You will only receive ongoing SMS alerts after replying YES.

5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, including encryption for SMS transmissions and access controls within our CDI system.
6. Your Rights
Access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.
California residents: Under CCPA, you have rights to know, delete, and opt-out of sales (though we do not sell data).
Opt-out of SMS at any time as described above. CDI does not knowingly sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA.
