CDI Product Manager (Full Time-Las Vegas, NV or Virtual office)

Job Skills and Experience Requirements
The successful candidate will be accountable for product life cycle management, business support and performance of CDI products. This would include but is not limited to product profitability, pricing, escalated support issues, assessment of market requirements and evolution and growth of the product line.

Essential Duties
	Managing the entire product line life cycle including strategic planning.
	Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
	Develop and implement product market plan, working with all departments to execute.
	Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
	Build product enhancements from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience, technical savvy, and customer contacts.
	Work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements.
	Serve as the internal and external champion for product, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
	Conduct customer research and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends to ensure product line is competitive and meets market needs.
	Input on all marketing and sales strategies and tactics.
	Coordinate and prioritize product enhancement requests from customers, partners, and internal groups.

Requirements
	5-7 years of product management experience.
	Experience developing or implementing enterprise software and detailed understanding of the software development process.
	BS degree in a business or technical discipline. MBA or graduate degree in a related topic preferred.
	Must be able to effectively interact with executive management within CasinoCAD and iGuide business units.
	Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
	Ability to travel both domestic and international.
